I worked this painting on handmade ground. I had hardboard panel coated with pumice gel and acrylic paint. This trail was photographed in summer season, it was so hot and humid and the mood is about all summer green. It is not easy to escape from the green color at all when depicting summer season feeling. However, I wished to make it with cool color tone. I found out now that the coarse texture was perfect for this grass effect.
